That is a PCV catch can. It is common to place the Hellcat’s can next to the washer fluid reservoir as the right side is vented. If it deadheads, it’s a catch can, and if it circulates back to the intake, it’s an oil separator.
The difference is typically a wadding made of metal strands that allows the oil to condensate in the oil separator and not be vented back into the intake, and on a catch can it will instead have a filtered vent.

So now why can't Dodge do that for it's own product as well?

7:08 oil catch. Pretty simple but effective peripheral for direct injects. It basically acts as a blow-by alleviate in function via the hose and the can does what the name suggests: catching the nasty output emitted from the crankcase stopping it from getting into your manifold. You can even make one yourself. Anything is better than nothing. It can get annoying though bc you do have to remember to regularly empty and clean.

The engines have weak points the 6.4 MDS issues are a big pain in the but and the water pump issues

The Dodge Charger is clearly meant to be noticed, to be rowdy, and to be able to provide an incredible amount of power for little money. James May knocks it because it's not polished and it wouldn't be appropriate for the queen. I have a feeling that posh and proper snobby aristocrats was not the target demographic Dodge was aiming for when they designed this.

I moved from russia to the states couple years ago and bought Dodge Charger. Must say it is still better than Lada I had before :) but mine didn’t come with James Gin though

I'm firmly expecting to find a bottle of James Gin in my next car purchase, regardless of the car's place of origin.
