As someone who’s English is their second language I don’t agree with that, English is actually one of the hardest languages in my opinion. Their, they’re, there, the letter “a” having so many different ways to say it (are, hate, fair, taunt), things like that make it hard
Not true at all yea theres fewer alphabets and letters, but the grammar rules make it extremely hard to learn all of english the correct way. Speaking is self explanatory anybody can speak a language with just exposure, but writing sentences is what caught me the most. Same as when I did Japanese. Speaking came easier than writing an essay or letter because of the formalities you dont pay attention to in speaking. English has the nonsense of using predicates, non predicates, etc. Other languages dont have those extra rules. I still dont get the Whom vs. Who crap and I've been speaking english for 5 years 😂.
