Holy shit. What a performance from the Timberwolves. The Nuggets need more from Jokic. That was a terrible performance and The wolves also shut off Murray.
I know a lot of Timberwolves fans are pretty geared up. Been awhile since and this team might even be better than the 2004 team though that is hard to compare. But I figure they are also ready for the crushing disappointment being a Minnesota sports fan entails.
Wauw omg. DEN is out already, it will take months before they can learn to play against this new 2024 defense normallity This is going to change the whole NBA. Did the referees not change their stance on defense? I am not sure about the details though. But it will be so much better for the NBA if defense becomes important again! 😍 Makes it more difficult for the average viewer to understand though. It seems like a lot of teams are not used to play against strong defense anymore so their % tank. This is a good thing, fight for your points
He has influenced the rest of the team to buy-in to his defensive philosophy. Being able to motivate your team to defend better is very much part of the Defensive Player of the Year award. If it was only about one person’s performances then it isn’t a team game.
This was some of the best defense I’ve seen since the 2014 finals with the Heat and Spurs
Hands on balls 😂, great analysis brother, this game was fun to watch. I got the wolves winning the chip this year. So exciting to watch!
A OKC T-Wolves WCF was not on my bingo card at all to start the year 😭
4:11 in the third - score was 52-80 Wolves. Look at the prophecy on the Nuggets jersey in this picture 😅

Did denver kinda recently make a three/one comeback.
in the 2020 playoffs they came back 3-1 in the first two rounds against the jazz and the clippers
Should rudy really win DPOY?? Its obvious how much of a devense team he has.
he's the best defender on the best defense, that's usually who wins it
