In some cases yes, and in some cases no. But i would say that a person under 18 is considered a child in 99,9% of the cases.

We was in the 80s told in big campaigns not to be a rasist. So far everything was fine. We are all humans and should be respected as that. But we also was told to respect all other cultures, religions and it's behaviours. We didn't separate culture and religion from the human part. This was a BIG mistake! Some cultures and religions obviously don't work very good together. We where so naive that we didn't understood that some cultures and religions would use our friendly and open way against us. To take advantage of it in their own winning and showing us NO gratitude OR respect back. We couldn't dream of that kind of behavior. We was that naive! And our government still haven't got the thing about the importance of separating the human from culture and religion. That's why we have it as we have it. They still trying to tell us that we have to accept the whole package. Not only the human. If you don't do it you are a rasist. This kind of stand is why we will loose the battle and our nation. I still respect ALL humans and every single one is a precious diamond. But i do NOT respect any culture or religion that are in risk to do harm to my nation and end it. @100Davros Hello 100Davros 😊 I think the highest number is said to take place in the home by someones partner, friends or someone else close to the victim. BUT the number of rapes in the open is alarmingly high and are raising constantly. I can't write all this about rapes in peoples homes without saying that the number is much higher than said. We have all of those muslim women that's raped on a daily basis but can't tell anyone because they would be killed and they are MANY. That's important to point out. Many also never report the rape because of the fact that's ain't many cases that will lead to a verdict. Most of the cases won't ever reach the courtroom. So the number of rapes is very high and i hope we will burn for this. Its a BIG shame and every single one here is guilty to this just because we do not raise the voice high and say -enough is enough! We say that we hate it but we don't do shit about it 😔

The scary and dangerous part with all of the rapes, the shootings, explosive attacks, murders and gangs is that it gets normalized pretty fast. You don't have to go back far in time to remember when a shooting was big news and they made headlines. Now it's a part of every day life and we tend not to even react when it happens and if even reported. If shit happens frequently enough it have the tendency of getting normalized. That's the reason to why to react fast and hard against some behaviours. And to react hard and fast is NOT something that's synonymous to Sweden and that's also a reason to why my nation is drowning in it's own shit.
It's not just in Sweden it's every where and again they don't get enough punishment ! It's happening in the UK all across our country

"Reported" how many are convicted?
Women aren't enmasse changing their lifestyles or reporting rapes for fun. The situation has changed, and they now feel threatened enough to change their behaviour.
Sweden has total different laws on what is sexual assaults and rapes than other countries. Just look at the consent law we got this year! We have an entirely different mentally about reporting therefore a higher number that reports.

I can't believe how judges minimize the gravity that act of rape has on a girls psyche. Have two 30 year old female Swedish friends. They don't know each other. Both of them told me they used to go out to clubs and walk back home at night without much fear. I am from Sweden, to give you a perspective, the school-system is low in quality (in some areas), the health-system doesnt work, people actually die waiting for cancer treatment, the politicians promised 10 000 more police but about 60% do not even last the first 6 months in the police-school-training. Just this week alarms were raised due to bad food quality checks for meat... Still our politicians keep saying that we have great health-care and that everything is amazing. I am sorry but "I DO NOT SEE IT"!!! Last friday a young couple in there 20:s were arrrsted for planning a possible bomb attack. -_- sigh. And you remember those scandinavian women that was beheaded in Moroco? Well our media-newslet SVT reported that they died of some "knife-wounds"... Well they were brutally beheaded...
