Besides the crash it was a good day. the rider was ok in the end. just had a scrap with the road. couple bits of road rash.
The triumph is not to bad, everything is replaceable. luckily the rider was all good.
Ride safe everyone!

The UK roads are a complete joke only suitable repairs are for those in cars, they never think about bikers yet they do make up a large percent of road users. That would of been really nasty a few seconds before when cars were on the op side of the road. Glad he's ok and the bike is on the mend.
A large percentage? what would you guess? 1% maybe?
Spot on. Its exactly 1%@keithfarrell4928
Those pot holes, damn. Glad the rider seemed relatively ok.
🙏🙏
Hello! Thanks for submitting it :)
I sold my bike 8 days ago and after watching this I am more convinced that it was a good decision, UK roads are bloody dangerous AF for bikers.
Really?? They are in a bad state but so long as you know there area you're riding in and take care, it should be fine.
you should have taken pictures of the damaged road that caused the accident and then contact a specialist solicitor to take legal action against the local highways authority.
Glad you are okay mate. That could have been a lot worse.
Thank you!! 🙏
Glad to see you get up after that, Jesus that was brutal. Gotta love British roads!
🙏🙏
Well done for holding it together as long as you did.
220kg and I weigh 9 stone nothing! 🤣
Had three car wheels/tyres wrecked in 3 years. Beware of Lincolnshire roads....take care, because politicians dont.
I’m glad I’m not the only one!
Very sorry for your accident mate i am so glad you did not get more serious injury's.
Unfortunately, local councils around the country have let the roads get into such a state that the majority of B roads are not safe for motorbikes or bicycles.
I can't understand why I still have to pay any road tax if the roads are not fit for purpose?
It's suicidal to take the bike out at night on any road that isn't fully lit.
The council will just say they don't have a duty to ensure that the roads are in a state of good repair.
Crikey!! Glad rider seemed ok, that was really bad how that situation came about
I'm glad the rider is ok, safe riding out there on the wild roads!
Rubber side down & keep the shiny side up for future riding mate!!
100%
🔥
My god! I hope the rider was ok. Our roads are a joke. Get it contact with a company called White Dalton. They are motorcycle solicitors who were on 44 Teeth CZcams channel. They will nail this and get compensation from council! This video is perfect evidence!
They have a couple of videos about stuff like this.
Thank you I will look into this!!
@@Kishen_good luck! Safe riding.
Oh man that looked nasty, was it a f’ing pot hole? Glad the rider was okay and so sorry about the bike, looked like a bad one😢 thank god he had the gear on and no oncoming traffic
I’m alright! Pretty bruised up but living. Looked like a filled pothole, caught me off guard. Thank you for asking if I was alright unlike a lot of other keyboard warriors who clearly know everything! 😁
Not a pothole its those long crevasses where the tarmac banks up one side. On wider tyres you notice it but doesnt affect that much. Thinner tyres go right down them.... bummer
Did you go back and photograph the pothole? He definitely has a claim against the council. You also have video footage to back it up. Any damage to the bike and his riding gear ca be claimed for. But you need to know exactly where the pothole is and photograph it preferable with something to give it scale (coke can etc)
I have everything photos, video evidence and what I look like now after the crash
@@Kishen_ the main thing is you walked away mate imagine if there was a car coming the other way you had a very close call hope you have a speedy recovery
@@physical54321 Thank you! 🙏
I've only just missed that pothole loads of times
I am glad your friend is OK, bloody pot holes. I would put a claim in to the council, you have evidence etc.
So glad you are OK. The state of the roads are shocking and dangerous.
Should be able to report this to the council and claim something back.
Hey. All good to feature it? Full credits given, of course. Thanks in advance!
Both hands on the bars at all times
that's just not really realistic, after awhile of riding you begin to get ache being in the same position for so long.
@@dpowpenny5074 I agree, we all have to stretch and open our visors, adjust our nuts, mirrors, etc on the move, everyone does it, those who say they don't are either liars or not bikers.
Hey mate, is it OK to feature your clip in a moto edit some time soon? We will credit you in all the descriptions.
sure thing
Could someone explain how this happened? I get that he hit a bump but how did that cause him to lose control?
I hit a filled in pothole that caused my rear end to lose control and chuck me over the bars 🙃 Typical british roads!!
@@Kishen_ Glad you're ok, that looked horrible. Hopefully the bike can be repaired, it didn't look too bad considering.
@@MyRunningJourney I'm alright just very bashed up but bike's almost fixed already! Waiting for a few parts and she will return 😁
This is not meant to be personal just my observations and I hope he is back on the road soon. The rider demonstrated poor observation skills and was distracted so did not see the uneven surface. He may have seen it late as he seemed to look in his right hand mirror yet as the riders were in staggered formated there was really no where to go which was safe. Having only one hand on the handle bars and contacting the uneven surface the bike gained air, the front was light as well as lossing his footing so his contact with the bike was minimal yet mostly on one side. He probably tried to correct it yet it ended going full lock, he was unable to control the bike and it threw him off. Yes you could blame the surface, but we need to avoid obsticles if possible and learn from mistakes.
Hi brother? Can I reuse part of your video in my edits? I'll leave your link in the video description, Hugs!
sure
1. He was riding with one-hand, see it a lot with the millenials, they think they look cool, imitating pro' riders on the slow down after a race.
2. Inexperienced; rider on the inside of the lane instead of being in the middle. This is because they were riding abreast often so they could chat (distracting each other). The rider videoing was waving his arm around - "oh look the sea, I want to go swimming" - one handed riding again; with potential hazards all over the place. Of course, the biggest hazard was themselves to other road users.
3. Seems everyone in the country is aware of the state 0f the roads, it's not an excuse. You should be scanning the road ahead, not dicking around, expecting to have to take evasive action.
And if you cannot read the word 'plough' and/or know what one is you'd be well-advised to spend some hours a week reading books. You can thank me in 20/30yrs time!
1. Do you see people driving cars all the time with both hands on the steering wheel? No I don’t think so. He’s allowed to move his hand if it hurts,he’s not the other rider so don’t even.
2. He is a VERY experienced rider. I even get on the back of that bike with a spine condition. He’s the only person I would trust with my life because he’s a sensible rider compared to most. He even will admit he is slightly on the inside, again normally wouldn’t be. AT ALL. Other video will prove that if you bother to look.
3. You seem to know everything don’t you? Maybe instead of reading all the books being on the road is actually more of an experience which again, he’s not fucking about on the road. You are just taking someone else’s point of view and assuming he’s doing the same.
Thank god he’s ok right? Not that you was concerned. Otherwise have a lovely day. 😊
I mean 🤣 seems like you must be 100% professional 0 mistake at all in your old ass life. God forbid you actually take a minute to enjoy the ride/drive in your miserable life. Must be very hard being locked in 100% of the time.
Erm, 1. How do you open your visor on the move if you cannot release one hand?
2. The roads should be good enough to be able to ride in any position, without the danger of death due to badly maintained road surfaces, and pot holes are everywhere, especially on islands.
3. we've all done the "why is that pronounced 'ruff' when it's spelt 'rough' , thing , it's not exactly anything to be shamed of.
4. I think you are being rather harsh on the poor bloke. Falling off is a part of riding and we always used to say 20 years ago "you're not a real biker till you've come off three times".

Expect youtubers to be along soon saying "Can I use this in a bike crash compilation" You will be famous for a week :P
I could think of better ways to become famous. Especially without smashing my bike up!
