Plus, he shares all on the moment US Homeland Security agents escorted him off of his flight to LA and banned him from flying across the pond!

Simon is not banned from America he was there recently.. he just isn't eligible for the esta visa waiver and has to apply for a visa at the embassy. There is a difference.

On Emirates, the Pilot or a senior member of staff always come and welcomes you and tells you the weather if you're a Gold / Platinum member

If he had gotten some paperwork from TSA he could have proved he wasn't a no-show.
It’s bs because he shouldn’t even need that, he got pulled by the Feds and the airport and airline knows.
But since it’s not a perfect world there should be some kind of incident report or record about them confronting him so if he can get proof of that he could give that to the airline.
Simon didn't tell them he was a CZcams travel vlogger while at the airport ( before removal)? I might add that while working for American Airlines ( 36 years, retired ) I knew a few employees who had SIDA badges, one in management ( station manager at that ) and one on the flightline who were on the TSA no-fly list. The system is a mess.
Should have went to Mexico and came in illegally. They will escort you to the airport, pay for your plane ticket, give you free phone and free $5000 gift cars as well as free hotel stay!

In a nutshell, if you have been to any of America's enemies, they wont let you in.
The gist i got was, they won't let you in until you've properly explained yourself at the embassy.

He lost his ESTA Visa privileges, which is much different. His process is just much harder and has to go directly through a US embassy where they will heavily vet him.

You must have lied on the esta form surely? It asks if you’d been to Iraq. If you’d said yes, your esta would have been denied and you’d have had to gone through the embassy for a tourist visa. Lying on the esta will get you banned for a mandatory term, if unlucky, for life…
