I plug staite into a line aray pa with mg30 and sounds terrible. But threw a valve amp sounds great. Will the hx stomp do the trick

Well if you want to plug into a PA the MG-30 needs to have the Cab Simulation on, otherwise it will sound good only into an amp. Same with the HX Stomp, and it does sound good into an amp :)
