I always like to see how other people are approaching those things. Unfortunately only very few people are sharing this kind of stuff.
Why do we need to use the tape? (did not work out, tape was getting washed away by the coolant ) Gluing parts direktly was better, but have to be very careful. 1:39 is the baby z-height because of the tape? I would have thought you can go much deeper and do not need to cut several times. 🙂
I use the tape because it's easy to remove afterwards. No need to clean anything up.
Yes the baby steps are due to the tape. The machine could push much more but then the parts start flying 😉

No. You put Bluetape on both surfaces und glue the blue tape together
