I appreciate the zoom in on the shoe as it helps me understand what to look for in authenticating the secondhand ones :) what I don’t understand in a lot of reviews is when they say to automatically go up half a size. I’m sure it works for some, but as a majority of CL shoes are designed to fit more narrow feet, I think it really should be left to the individual to at least start with the regular size and determine factors such as foot width, shoe expansion overtime, the height of the heels that cause foot slippage, etc. for me personally I found my true size to work great in the So Kate, however, I’m noticing after wearing them in the house in 30 minute increments in the last week, I’ve stretched into the toe box more
comfortably but my heel is popping out and i will have to size down either 1/2 or a full size. I do appreciate your thought and experience for me to take into consideration on Pigalles, which I do hope to try one day too! But just wanted to also share that sizing can be very different for everyone :)
I love Louboutins. I own a few pair at 100mm. I wear a US 9.5 and wear size 41 in Louboutin. They are super comfortable and I can literally wear them all day. My tip is to go up a few sizes from your traditional US size in a luxury shoe.

The so Kates are STUNNING. I just can’t comfortably wear them for longer than 30 mins, so it’s a no for me.
Good review... They also make flats. The heel heights they offer go up to 130mm in a single sole shoe. Very rare as they are sold as the elusive Merci Allen, Pinupina, and Hot Chick. 😊 Also the shoes are not sold with the rubber sole, but many people like them. The platform pumps reach heights of 160mm but require a pilots license to operate. 😂 I am 4-10 and just picked up the Kate and find them very wearable. Thanks for your review Mer. ❤️❤️

What a great review !! Looking for some louboutins for a vacation and I really wanted the movida jane because of the platform but they are all sold out! So Now I’m looking at pumps but with a somewhat small heel for comfort. and I saw these on the website and decided to look for reviews!!

name (contact info) of your cobbler? I don't have one where I live that offers the rubber resoling plus I wouldn't trust just anyone to do this

Lovely review! I'm also looking for a classy shoe for all day use. Are they also useable for driving a car? Isn't the heel too high for pumping the pedals?
Thank you so much for watching!! I don’t find these too high for driving, however, I usually take my heels off to drive for safety purposes! Plus, it helps decrease the wear on the heel!

A upscale boutique manager told me when my girlfriend wanted to purchase a pair is to try on 3 different sizes close to your US shoe size and NEVER wear nylons with them to prevent damage to the insides when the nylons deteriorate as they are being worn!!

I had to return my Hermès Oran since they were to wide. Almost everyone seems to need to size up, but that is only due to if you have wider feet or not. I hope I'll get the smaller size in the Orans tomorrow and then I'll know the verdict. ;)

@@merloveslux Got them today in the size 37 (I'm normally 38 in high street brands) and unfortunately the bed is too short and the width is too small, but the 38 is to wide. Haha what to do? :D So I believe that my narrow feet isn't made for the wider model of Orans.

39! I’ve gotten all my CL’s in 39. I do think the non-patent leather to be more comfortable!
Aren't those more like business heels?
It is such a classic and versatile style that can be used for many occasions! They look great with jeans, skirts, dresses, and business attire. Can’t go wrong with a classic black pump!

I tried the so kate boots! They look gorgeous, but were instantly uncomfortable- too much metatarsal pressure and small toe box. Would be great for pics or very short distance walks with no standing!
