What insert do you use

Thank you for review! I appreciate the zoom in on the shoe as it helps me understand what to look for in authenticating the secondhand ones :) what I don’t understand in a lot of reviews is when they say to automatically go up half a size. I’m sure it works for some, but as a majority of CL shoes are designed to fit more narrow feet, I think it really should be left to the individual to at least start with the regular size and determine factors such as foot width, shoe expansion overtime, the height of the heels that cause foot slippage, etc. for me personally I found my true size to work great in the So Kate, however, I’m noticing after wearing them in the house in 30 minute increments in the last week, I’ve stretched into the toe box more comfortably but my heel is popping out and i will have to size down either 1/2 or a full size. I do appreciate your thought and experience for me to take into consideration on Pigalles, which I do hope to try one day too! But just wanted to also share that sizing can be very different for everyone :)
