I own a 2019 CRF 250F. It's a brand new design, but the seat removal process is pretty much the same as this bike. The owner's manual gave no hint whatsoever how to remove the seat. This video convinced me I was looking in the right place!
Go to partzilla.com or any other online parts store and search for the item you need to dissasemble once you see it on the illustration you will see how it attaches. It must be nice that you don't have to wsste time on your CRF250F removing overhauling, cleaning rejeting adjusting etc. those damn carburators. Enjoy life with fuel injection!

Thank you; this really helped me because this is the first time I've taken these types of parts off of a dirt bike, and it was really helpful being able to see the correct way to remove the little clips and see what tools you used and such. Your video saved me time doing this on my own 2007 CRF230F. One more thing: you mentioned another person that does a how-to video on the rejetting process. Sounded like you were saying "XR Land". Could you link to that video please? Thanks for your service.

HELP The nut on the left bolt is rounded on mine. Does anyone know how to remove a rounded nut????
vice grips? or us s metal grinder to make it have sides and then use a crescent wrench
