Khabib is just MORE EFFICIENT than any other at the ONE ASPECT of the game that he's good at: wrestling and ground maneuvers/BJJ. He has integrated wrestling into BJJ more efficiently & at a higher level than any other fighter in history.
There are superior pure wrestlers that if Khabib was to wrestle against on pure wrestling rules that he WOULD NOT win against; there also are pure BJJ players who, in pure BJJ rules, that Khabib would struggle against.
But when you combined wrestling with BJJ, using MMA rules, no one else could do it better than Khabib.
Anyway, a truly complete MMA fighter is likely GSP: he could out wrestle D1 wrestlers (although he only started to wrestle once he got into MMA & never did it in high school or college, like other elite wrestlers like Colby, Usman, Askren, Gellespie, et al did).... he could do elite stand-up from beginning to end, if he must.... and he could out maneuver elite BJJ on the ground, once he tookd them there.
Of course, GSP lost 2 or 3 so he's not a "perfect" fighter like Khabib; but, again, over-all "complete package," GSP is the guy, not Khabib... THAT, incidently, was why before Khabib's father died, both father and son wanted Khabib to fight GSP before he retired. GSP has been the ONLY PERSON in MMA that Khabib wished to have fought before he retired. No others... because he KHABIB's own word, GSP was the first truly "complete" MMA fighter...

The 2012 lightweight golden medalist was Russian named “Mansur Isaev” who khabib has beaten in judo amature competition. And khabibs has beaten a couple of Olimpic wrestling champions who compete in higher weight classes than khabib. Khabib has unmatched wrestling but khabib has unmatched grappling.

Khabib's father was a renaissance man. He brought around troubled kids into martial arts so that they develop skills for their living. He established capacity to reform the village and created a system or tradition where his next generation carries on his mission to protect and improve the life of subsequent generation. Khabib will be a revolutionary in the field of martial arts and will develop many more academies in the world. This is the destiny of a true legend. 29-0 is nothing compared to what Khabib has begin to do now. Every generation somebody rises to wake up the world. Mohammed Ali, Bruce Lee, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Roger Federer, Sachin Tendulkar and now Khabib. They are not just legends in their own game or pioneers in their fields. They are the hope for future generations. They are the seeds which become a forest. Once in a lifetime. The Khabib era has begun.
