Nuggets fan: we need consistency from our bench. With Jamal back from injury it means we have Reggie running with the young guys, Peyton Watson is starting to break out. But Christian Braun is having a little bit of a sophomore slump, and a couple of the younger guys (Zeke Nnaji) aren't as consistent meaning we give legit minutes to Deandre Jordan lmao (I love the guy, he cooked the clippers with Reggie, but come on...)

As a Heat fan we are literally always injured, jimmy is out again, highsmith got knocked out, and half the team is sick or injured
2024 will be an overall interesting year. From the NBA to the real world. There is something about this year that will be memorable overall. I think the West will have a similar Playoff outcome like last year, with some of the more experienced lower seeds knocking out the higher seeds with inexperienced teams. It wouldn't surprise me. The East will be a bloodbath with a 3 way battle of the Heat, Bucks, and Celtics. The Magic are rising though and the Sixers unfortunately just have shit luck in the Playoffs. This will be a Playoffs to remember if most teams are healthy. Only the Nuggets imo are a lock for the finals.

With Embiid not playing vs strong teams I'm wondering if he's trying to stat pad and cares more about individual awards more than team wins. He's gonna get another scoring title, maybe another MVP but it seems like he's trying to keep those stats high more than beating all the teams he can and that's why I'm skeptical of his motivation as well as his chances in the playoffs (we've seen him choke before) even though it's a very good team.
I disagree solely due to the fact that he has been sitting out so many 4th quarters this season. If Embiid was really just playing to pad his stats, why not run it up against these bad teams in the 4th? He'd probably be averaging near 40 ppg if he did that this season.

As a Lakers fan, we don't need Dejonte Murray or Zach Lavine. The only player we could probably afford through role player trade that could actually help us win is if the Lakers trade D'Angelo Russell for Jordan Clarkson. If the Lakers got Jordan Clarkson at the trade deadline in February, then that opens the floor for when LeBron does his passing since Jordan Clarkson is a better 3-point shooter than D'Angelo.

RJ I think is low risk high reward. Worst case scenario, I can see him being a solid starter on a decent contract that occasionally has you thinking he's an All-Star. At best, he can be the third option on a contending team that fits Scottie and I.Q's timeline.
