- Today we have a reaction video to Morissette Amon and Dae Lamar's Wedding Video which was released today as a surprise and contains songs from their new EP "From The Sea". Morissette and Dave have been engaged since last year, but I was super surprised to find out they had their wedding in a very intimate ceremony secretly.
I have filmed many Morissette Amon REaction Videos over the last year so seeing her finally get married to the love of her life makes me SO HAPPY for them! Congratulations to both Morissette Amon and Dave Lamar! ❤️❤️❤️

No one took her to the altar, no not no one, Mori was with Father God. There are things Mori can't control but her attitude while walking towards Dave is everything...excitement, bravery, love❤
Luis, Dave was right when he said Mori gave up everything for him. Her father couldn't accept their relationship and it was never made clear why he rejects Dave for her. She literally gave everything she earned to her family and chose him. Even now, when they're not still talking, she built a house for her family and stays in her condo.
It's a big no-no for a daughter to choose a lover over her family and Mori was heavily criticised for that. Even though everyone knows how Dave fully supports her in everything (he's a singer, too but he just quietly is her cameraman, her composer and does everything in the background for her), her family is firm on not accepting the relationship. They're happy together but it's sad not to see her family on her big day. I hope and pray they'll finally see she made the right choice.
I got emotional there..she really did love him although it is clear that she love her family also giving almost all of your money building a house for them which they together dream of what more a parent could ask for? They were lucky to have such a wonderful daughter and wife to have. She sacrifice for the both. 🥺

Thanks Luis for your take on the wedding video. I kept wondering why we weren't hearing anything about the upcoming wedding - now it makes sense! It is amazing how much love we can feel for Mori and Dave when we have never met. But wait, we have met them virtually, and it feels like we know Mori and Dave as the dearest of life-long friends because of how genuine and real and open they are with all of us fans who have been so richly blessed. Mowienatic now for 4 years, 4 years of this girl giving me such joy every night just listening to her and watching reactors in awe of the unbelievable talent. We know of the passion for music and singing, how it brings happiness. But, there would always be something missing, that is the human connection. It is quite obvious they both inspire each other. This is a surprise for me too! I know it was coming, but never thought it would be this way. Watch it for the first time Friday morning. I thought it not real. But happy for both of them. This quick, simple but beautiful wedding for Mori and Dave was just perfect! How simple and humble they both our. I’m very happy for them. They deserve one another! God will be with them.
Luis, we are from Montreal too. Been here for 47years. Never knew this 2 and their music until someone sent me a song of hers last year, “Can you be my Messiah?” Since then, I was hooked and became a fan.

Thanks a lot for knowing Mori. I've been a fan since she joined the voice Philippines in 2010 or 2011 if I'm not mistaken. But before that I was a fan of Charice..though I'm still a fan of Jake Zyrus (aka charice). I missed Charice though..she had one of the best voices in the world..but I stopped crying when Morissette came because I've found another great artist and that's Morissette.

Usually the part of the ceremony where the bride is given away by her father is one of the highlights as far as PH custom and tradition is concerned. And I might be wrong but I don't think it was included in the video clips shared. What's weird is only the groom's parents are highlighted, not the bride's. That's why I'm thinking if Mori's family especially her father were ever in attendance. I could be wrong though.
And with how Dave's mother's said "DJ you should take good care of her because she's given up a lot for you". Sounds really cryptic. Maybe Mori's father wasn't in attendance after all. Hoping there won't be regrets down the road though.
