I’d argue about not putting cotton in the title. That’s how I search literally any clothing. I don’t need no polyester 😂
For ‘festival’ also think about what people would want for events like Woodstock, or other outdoor festivals, especially music!

But as for me (a reseller from Central Europe) I'm also always aware of who my buyers are.
Over here that are not only young folks with their fancy fresh keywords.
For example keywords just like "thin" (cloth) work super good for me.

I wouldn't put Barbie in a listing unless it actually is Barbie branded. I have heard of many people having listings taken down.
It is sad that keywords will sometimes show before the actual brand name of the item being searched for. Brand name should always be first but when you search a lot of times, those items aren't even at the top of the page. You just have to keep scrolling.

More homework. I am so out of the loop, these trending keywords are going to be a real challenge! I DO know that if an article of clothing looks like a baggy , deflated weather balloon, it can most likely pass as Lagenlook. Beau, does Vindoo mention "Old Money"-look?
I have a hard time believing that buyers are added those keywords..I just search ballet core and 1400 showed with 149 sold..hmmm
It's the younger generation I feel like who is more likely to use these. And I've made many sales after adding many of the aesthetic keywords. Maybe not on ebay though. On poshmark they do well, and some of the platforms aimed more towards younger buyers. I do think it's only becoming more popular on ebay though too. Doesn't hurt to toss a few extra words in. I can say I've noticed my personal items selling better with these words in them. To each their own though. The less people using them the better for the people who do.
Hey! thanks for the vids, there is a debate on whether these trendy keywords are favored by the algorythm if all, (ex barbie core was discussed as irrelevant in one of the Reseller's Nirvana calls). Wouldn't it actually confuse the algorythm if you put Ballet in a title of a pair of jeans (not intended for ballet) Your items will sell faster, though, whenever you make changes to it, that has been my experience.
Personally find these keywords more useful on poshmark as Tags than I do on ebay and I think way more people are using them on poshmark and the younger generation apps. I don't use them in titles, but I can say they've increased my sales on Posh when used in listing tags.
