    Recently found your channel. Love it. Recently retired from my regular job as a dispatcher thanks to eBay. Great content. Keep up the great work! Happy Independence Day!

    After 2 years, I’ve finally decided to liquidate and close my store. While I occasionally pick up home runs ($40+ profit), it eventually gets eaten up by other items that just sit. I also made the necessary move of promoting at 10% which boosted my sales temporarily but now, it’s back to pre-promotion levels. So with total fees now at 23%, increasing cogs, it’s not worth the time anymore. Good luck to all of you. It’s fun but it’s too saturated out there.

    Those Columbia dbl knee jeans are also called "brush" jeans. I've found several pair of other brands.

    I found a pair of VTG Levi's 501S women's 28 blue indigo frayed cuffs, Big E. I've tried to look them up but haven't seen any solid comps. Do you have an idea, Beau?

    RocaWear sells, I have 2 in my inventory and have sold a few also. Slow sell about 4-6 months, but $20-$25 all day

    I have tons L.L. bean flannel shirts at my goodwill but they are 5.00 each. I would have to charge over 20 bucks to make a profit....

  • @justanotherreseller351

    so i am by default considered above standard as i have no defects on my account. havent sold on my account 4 years lol. I sold my first item though and have around 40 items listed but will be awhile to get 100 transactions

  • @justanotherreseller351

    SO I find out on ebay that you have to be either top rated or above standard otherwise they take more of a chunk of your profit...that has changed since I last sold on ebay 4 years ago. i had to quit ebay for several years and now I either have to put my items on 1 day handling to get top rated or sell a crap ton to get above standard..

    Beau, what size boxes are on your storage racks behind you? I have those same rand and want to maximize my space like you have.

  • @justanotherreseller351

    Any tips for sourcing? I went to every thrift store in my town and they are all pricing items at 10.00 or higher. Too high to get profit. I have no access to anything that is 4 hours away..I do not want to shop in bulq as I end up with more unsellable broke items. Coats are 25 or higher. I am stuck with paying 5.00 for women's tops or men's tops at goodwill..I'm am feeling defeated

    Congrats, but I mean this genuinely… 17 something gross with almost 1000 units sold is not something to really boast about it is it? That ASP doesn’t scream stellar & seems like a ton of work for not much return. I’m on par with that at 1/4 units sold for the same time frame.
    So just wondering, what’s the catch?

    • @WillsGood
      @WillsGood Před 20 dny +1

      Another key factor here is of course, cost of goods and time. My model is off a bins only model, so just kind of odd, but either way congrats!!

    • @selinadixon71
      @selinadixon71 Před 19 dny

      It does seem to be a lot of work but the bread and butter probably sell faster than higher priced items due to the economy.

    • @WillsGood
      @WillsGood Před 19 dny

      @@selinadixon71 what I’m saying, is likely you could eliminate 50-75% of that, and either just pick better higher ASP/sell through. The economy has absolutely nothing to do with ASP, in fact it only leads to increasing ASP with postage and product inflation. Bad economy or good economy, people still don’t want $8 shirts as much as $50 Vuori sweats.

  • @justanotherreseller351

    im sorry...stupid question here. you keep saying bread and butter...what that mean in the reseller world??
