Personally, the way I interpreted Bachira's "Monster", is that every time he plays football, there is always this ideal perfect player in his head that plays alongside him, a "monster" if you will, that guides and shows him what the "ideal" play is. In his flashback, it's shown that when his teammate called for a pass, he said "No, in this situation, the monster would..." And it shows a visual of that ideal perfect player being in the ideal position to receive a pass. We can only assume that throughout his life, he's allowed this monster to guide his playstyle, which is why he's such an insane athlete.

About the 136 seconds thing, that's true. Not too long ago, Kaká (A Ballon D'or Winner) said during a Brazilian podcast that this information changed the way he plays and sees the game. After that, he became a more efficient player with the limited time he had with the ball.
I think that Bachira is based on Ronaldinho, he is also skillful and has very cheerful personality as well

@Ange : At the time the manga started, you could very much put Neymar in the same box as Messi and CR7. The manga started exactly 1 year after his 222M€ transfer from Barca to PSG, 2 years after his top3 finish at Ballon d'Or.
Right now though, for sure he doesn't compare. Poor lifestyle, repeated injuries, and the f***ing choke DNA of my club made sure of that
Neymar really is the prince that was never crowned. He was a phenomenon and a part of a dying breed of creative forwards. He isn't as dedicated as Messi or Ronaldo and chose to chase the bag. In his defense, he isn't the first to do so and greater men have done the same.
I also think his flair is also his downfall. He's well known for flopping, but he's also one of the most tackled players in the five leagues (before moving to Saudi). His style frustrates most defenders and urges them to hit harder. Resulting in punishment that accumulates over time.

Im sure you'll notice it as the series goes on, but a lot of the characters will be based off of real life players. Either their playstyle, personality, etc. As the rounds progress, players get better, new ones are introduced, you'll begin to see some of that. Also Sae, the guy at the end with pink hair, isn't in the Blue Lock program, and is already playing at a pro level in Spain, with a team I believe is basically the equivalent of Real Madrid (although he isn't currently old enough to play due to age requirements). Although you probably have figured that out, just making sure
