You buy an old vehicle and rebuilt the diesel engine, renovate the interior get it painted whatever it takes to avoid buying anything newer. The newer it is the higher the overhead. I got to find somebody to put a mechanical diesel engine in a 1977 Lincoln Continental. So I can drive the big gigantic world's largest two-door coupe on black diesel

Currently running black diesel in my 15' tdi , straight 4in exhaust turbo back. Stage 2 tune.
Filtering it down to 1 micron and only use oil/diesel that i personally drain from servicing med/hd trucks at work.
I only use a clean pan to collect it. Then usually cut it down with fuel treatment and clean diesel. About 4-5gal of oil to 1-2gal of diesel roughly.
Only other fuel system mod is the duramax fuel metering/fpr valve which may help the flow. But i try to keep the viscosity close-ish to reg diesel as best i can. And i dont exceed 2/3 tank of black diesel to 1/3 clean diesel. Thats the max i can run before it looses alill power anyway.

I have a 1.6 TDI Golf 7 Right now. I run the Red stuff pure. I have a strong and fast Pump. Through the Pump line I use a Big ass Truck Filter that is good enough to filter shit out. The place I get my stuff is pre Filterd too most likeley. I save 40 cent a liter from it.
Some time ago I had 1.9 Tdi 2003 and 1998 I ran Sunflower oil from the Supermarket becasue it was cheaper and it worked fine.
Also The red stuff. Obviously it worked. And then some time later I had a 3.0 TDI 2006 I ran some Black stuff on. I did like a 50-50 Mixture and it seemed to work okay-ish. Just once I did a mistake and used canisters that used to be washing chemicals wich kinda fucked up some things.
One interesting thing that happend was when the car was Hot it didnt start again. It ran but it didnt start. I had to cool down first and then I could start it again.

Diesels that have injector pumps are said to be susceptible to the carbon wearing out the pump prematurely. Black diesel oil has a lot of fine micro particles of carbon in it. The only way to safely run it is to use a centrifuge to take out the carbon particles.
