It never ceases to amaze me how abusers want you to cook for them after they beat you. I will cook you a meal you will
I pray for any woman going through this. Just know that you are strong. And trouble does not last always. I went through this Physical and Verbal abuse and it does a lot of damage to you mentally and emotionally. You almost start believing in the lies. Domestic violence is not okay. If whoever truly loves you they would NEVER put theirhands on you or talk in any way too break you down .
Ugh I got mad when he hit her and then demand for some food. 😒 He would've met his maker that night.
The first time she might get lucky the second time she might end up in the hospital and the third time she might end up in a Cemetery
Why would she wait until he come let him see her packing. Never let them know you're leaving just up and disappear
You can't say what you would have done but unless you have been there you just don't know what someone can do to you. You gonna have to find courage and love within yourself to get out. It's hard but not living is harder , feeling worthless , scared. And begin afraid to be alone it's get better when you become free again and don't have to be afraid of your own shadow anymore. U can do anything because you are beautiful just find your beauty.
I love this movie so much. I never knew my ex was this male character, all the key components were present. I am so happy you made this movie. It was meant for me to see. He wanted to destroy me, but I am bruised and not broken. I am still alive and standing .
Ladies never tell your abuser when you're leaving.. Always leave when they aren't around. An abuser can never take being left. Its like a shot to their ego.
Good so far but so unrealistic that she would hand him a plate of dry uncooked macoroni! That was weird.

You know I don't understand when an abusive man hits and beats you then they want you too fix food for them and give then give them great sex. They also want you to act as if nothing has taken place and I know for some women we try to over look the craziness. Please ladies and gentlemen if someone is abusive whether it is verbally, physically, or emotionally please get out, no one deserves to be disrespected. Great movie be blessed everyone..
