I have managed to lose 54kg going from 150kg to 96kg so far. I have now started working out more to convert the last of the excess body fat to muscle. Cheers for your help

This side of fitness is way better. No overuse injuries, no overtraining symptoms. You learn to manage weight and eat tasty food. I should have spent more time learning about nutrition. But I have took a class and i have to say it did not entertain my brain like learning exercise science
The kitchen scale you recommend is unavailable. Could you, please, recommend another one which has this functionality to set the weight of a product as 0 and then show negative number when you take some quantity out of it? This is very needed feature (especially with cooking spray which otherwise you cannot measure) and the scale I bought doesn't have it.
@Felu Thank you for your answer! Indeed, almost all scales have tare function, but not all scales that have tare function show negative number when you scoop out some product. For example, mine just shows "'---"
If you care about sodium intake, steer clear and make your own seasoning as Felu does here. If you don't care about that, go for it. Either way, enjoy.

Most digital scales have this "Tare" feature, just check the technical specs for it on the scales available in your area.
They virtually all have this feature. Its very basic. Just by a scale with good ratings, its very basic technology.
Most digital kitchen scales have this feature, so I would just buy a scale on amazon that has 4+ stats rating.

Just a heads up, a generic pack of taco seasoning from a supermarket would generally carry between 100-150 cals per pack
No, store bought taco seasonings will have added sugar in many cases, and sodium in almost every case.
