Macros with spicy sauce: 663 calories, 69C, 21F, 52P

200g Udon noodles
180g ground beef 5% fat
1 pak choi
1 onion
5g oil
Salt, black pepper, 1/4tsp cumin, 1/4tsp garlic powder
Spicy sauce:
20g light mayo
5g honey
10g gochujang
Peanut sauce:
20g light mayo
5g honey
10g peanut butter or 13g powdered peanuts with a splash of water
Combine sauce ingredients and mix in a small bowl. Chip up vegetables.
Start by cooking the udon noodles in boiling salted water. After 1 minute give them a gentle shake to loosen them and let them cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Fry the vegetables in a pan with 2g of oil on medium heat with a pinch of salt. After 3-4 minutes push them to the side of the pan, add another 2g of oil, and add the beef. Try to separate the meat as much as possible so it gets in contact with the pan for maximum browning.
Add seasonings and after the beef gets sauteed for 1 minute mix everything in the pan. Let the meat cook for another minute.
Drain the water from the pot with the noodles, add the noodles to the pan, and give it a stir. Remove the pan from the heat, add your sauce, and mix everything, done!

For thr canned tuna, can i use flavoured versions but remove the oil and still be good for my weigjt loss/cutting diet? I kinda struggle getting my protein in and keeping trsck of my calories and i do cardio for at least 35 mins after my gym sessions yet i see no change in weight. Why? I try rrally hard to diet well

Heute endlich mal ausprobiert. Minimal abgewandelt mit veganem Hack und Dinkeltoastbrötchen, aber sehr sehr gut. Bleibt auf meiner Speisekarte. Mit Proteintoastbrötchen und Tartar kommt man dann sogar auf fast 40g Eiweiss :-)

Can your body absorb all 45g of protein in 1 meal though? Because I've seen lot of research saying that your body can only absorb around 35g of protein per meal, the rest goes to waste.

Isn't there too many ultraprocessed foods in a day? I am trying to clean my diet, that was full of mayo, white bread, ham and yellow cheese, trying to trade for more whole minimal processed food, but this one seems like something I used to do
Too many other fitness CZcamsrs who make copycat dessert recipes compromise taste/flavor to the point where it’s not even worth eating. Felu strikes the best balance between macros and flavor that makes him stand out from the rest! This recipe is a great example of what makes him great!

Does everyone else have the casein taste in the oats or were you able to mask it with other ingredients. I had to always eat some banana with the oats to mask the artificial casein flavor. Im using casein from myprotein

Still pretty high in calorie if you are on 1800 a day. 😢
2 meals a day, 900 kcal each. I think this is a game changer and easy to do.

I have tried so many store bought brands now and they always end up just more mushy than chewy. So I mostly hand pull them myself, which is kinda annoying but then they are truly amazing. Anyone know a good brand that you can buy in Switzerland?
Peanut butter has a very low score on the DIAAS scale meaning that the protein in it is poorly by the body. It is advised not to be calculated in the protein count but used as a healthy fat instead. Beautiful recipe. Thank you.
Personally I would chop up the udon into macaroni-size pieces after it finished cooking On that note, you could just use macaroni noodles as well if you like
