*KP was bit like of sehwag where bcci left sehwag alone to play at his natural best but same didn't happen in case of KP* as ecb did not handle the talent like kp as they should , ecb should remember that they have only one ICC tournament and that too came because of KP and still they have not given him respect as they have should. It is very sad to see what happened to talent like KP, So far I have admired only two players coming from england *one is ofcourse Kevin Pietersen and second is andrew flintoff.* Both are match winning players.

He definitely is a tricky guy to have in a team, but really on his day was probably the most destructive batsmen there cud be, I m pretty certain he wud v been gud in the 90's too, so may be with that sort of talent, confidence comes a lot of cockiness,but I wud definitely have in my team if I was English,

Listen to the guy. He's not English or British. You may as well have had Shane Warne pretending to care for English Cricket. He's an awesome batsmen but he was never accepted here because there is such a feeling of him not being English. It didn't help when he texted all his African mates during the South Africa series that ultimately led to him being dropped. I have met 5 county and ex county players through cricket coaching and hockey connections, and funnily enough......they ALL said, or implied that this guy was a horrible arrogant git and totally impossible to work with !! What you see on TV is not always the reality. Not that I give a flying feck either way, but just an interesting observation on the persona and the cult of KP worship.
