And also alphas real name is dee you can do ur research
This explanation makes a lot of sense, though you could also think that she left the whisperers because of the way they were running things. Then, she met Beta and decided to finally take over, like she had wanted for a long time
This is what I hate about TWD. Season 1’s writing was breaking bad level. Then the original creator got fired and it dropped downs a Few levels and now we are constantly left with plot holes and random stories like this that come out of nowhere
