Do Alternator Cooling Fans Really Work??

Made Me A Pair Of Demo Cooling Fans For My Alternators. They Are Same As SeaFlo 4" Inline Blower Fans. Made Them For This Years Slamology 2020. Getting The Cars Bass Demo Ready.

Wow ! That does work really well. I was actually looking for a full time solution (hood closed, and driving) but I have an F150, with quite a bit of space to play with, and only a single 320 amp alternator. Going to see if I can squeeze one of these fans in somewhere.... TY :)

Yea I Wanna See If I Can Make A Air Intake With An Inline Fan All Under The Hood For Driving. It's Crazy How Hot Those Alternators Get. My Turbo At Idle Don't Even Get 270F lol.

what are you using as display of alt output in this video? or is that a dial-able external voltage regulator as well (in video at 4.07 mark)

That Just The Built In Volt Meter On The Amplifier Remote Gain Knob. The Alternators Are Internally Regulated.
