The Alternator Has Been Moved Since This Video. It's Where The Battery Was And Is Now Reverse Rotation Rotor. Running A L26 Intake Now And There's No Way For It To Fit In Same Spot.

Your Right. I Shifted The Left And Right Channel Timing To Give It A Fake Stereo Open Affect. The Original Song Is Very Flat Sounding And I tried To Make It Sound Better.

That's The Old Balance Shaft. It's To Help Smooth Out Engine Vibration At A Certain RPM. It's Solely Cosmetic. Mine Is Disconnected And Just Sitting There. If You Take It Out Completely You Need To Plug The Oil Holes At Each End.

The Banhammers Can Take A Serious Hit Too. The Massive 4" Copper Coil Really Helps With The Power Handling However It's Mainly For Abuse. The Power Handling I Would Say Is Way Above The "Mechanical Handling" If That Makes Sense. Which I Think Is A Good Thing Because Your Subs Will Sound Weird Before You Start Cooking The Coils If Your REALLY Pushing Them. A SALT 6 Is Definitely Loads Of Power For These Banhammers Which In My Opinion Is The Way To Do It. We Push Subs To The Limit. Id Recommend Snagging Recones For These Before They Are All Gone. EMF Is Going Away Soon. I Snagged Some Recones That I Probably Won't Need For A Few Years Because These Subs Are Built Like Absolute Tanks.

It Depends On The Chassis. If Its For A SRT Grand Cherokee It Should. The Only Difference Between The 5.7 Hemi And 6.1 Externally Is The Intake Manifold. They Are Different Engines But Externally They Are Pretty Much The Same Dimensionally

@@Pitman556 So An OEM Hell Cat Blower Is Kinda Involved. You Need A Hellcat / Trackhawk Timing Cover, The Damper And Change Over All Pulleys To The Higher Rib Belt. The Problem You Might Have Is The Blower Ports Not Lining Up With The Head Intake Ports. If It's A Pre Eagle 5.7 Like Mine You Will Have That Issue. It Will Work But Will Have Hard Edges / Ports Don't Line Up. Some Newer XKs Have The Eagle 5.7 Which Wouldn't Be A Problem.

@@salvatorehayes2753 did you see mmx modern muscle extreme made a supercharger kit for the jeep/truck 5.7 and the car 5.7? So you shouldn't need all the timing bits from the hellcat anymore. They also have revised kits for the different porting. I wish someone else would give this a try before me

@@Pitman556 I Just Looked Into Them. The Only Downside Is The Supercharger Shares The Belt With All Other Accessories Making The Belt Long And Prone To Belt Slip. However It's A 5.7 So Your Not Trying To Spin The Blower To The Moon. I Couldn't See A Picture Of The Components Set Up For The Belt Routing. I Know The Power Steering Pump Is On Driver Side Head, AC Lower Driver Side, Alternator Lower Passenger Side. I Think The Cars Are The Same. I Know The 1500s Are Different Tho. The Other Challenge On A Commander Is Fitting A Heat Exchanger Somewhere For The Hellcat Intercooler. Commanders Are Pretty Tight On Space. The Only Major Concern I Didn't See MMX Address Was The Supercharger Bypass. It's Completely Electrically Controlled So You Need A Special Controller To Operate It Or Hellcat PCM Which Is Too Far Removed To Run In A Jeep Commander Seemelessly To Have Cluster, Cruise Control To Be Working. The 07+ Commander ECUs Are Plenty Capable For Running Boost But There's No Physical Output On Them To Control A Hellcat Supercharger Bypass Valve. You Can Leave The Bypass Valve Closed But Your Gonna Generate A Stupid Amount Of Heat Just Cruising Around.

I Forgot I Did That 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Since I Went Turbo And Used A Gutted M90 Housing I Just Made A Bracket To Mount Alternator To Where The Supercharger Pulley Used To Be. Once I Switched Over To A L26 Intake Manifold There Was Not Space For It So I Had To Relocate My Battery And Mount It Facing The Other Way With A New Pulley Set Up And Different Belt. The Alternator Also Had To Be Rebuilt With A Reverse Rotation Rotor Fan Since It Spins Backwards Now. Alternators Will Charge If Spun Backwords But The Cooling Fan Inside Is Designed To Spin A Certain Way To Alternator Performance Isn't As Good When Spun Backwards With A Standard Rotation Rotor Fan. For Dual Alternators They Need To Be Identical And Internally (Or Externally) Regulated At The Same Voltage. A Second Alternator Small Plug Was Added. The Second Alternator Just Needed A 12V Signal To Know When It Was Supposed To Be Charging And Then A Battery Voltage Signal To Know What The Battery Voltage Was While Charging. Both Alternators Need To Be On The Same Size Alternator Pulley And Both Need To Be On The Same Dampener Size Diameter Pulley. Its Not Ideal To Run Both One One Belt Especially If It's A Single 6 Rib Belt As They Will Cause The Belt To Slip Under High Amp Loads. The Supercharged Version Of This Engine Has 2 Separate Belts. 1 Was Dedicated For The Supercharger So I Just Used It For The 2nd Alternator Since I Wasn't Supercharged Anymore. As For The Main Power Studs They Just Connect To Same Batteries As The 1st Alternator. You Dont Need Isolated Or Anything Like That. A Good Way To Tell They Are Working Evenly Is By How Hot They Run. If Ones Cold They Aren't Working Together Evenly. That's Why The Alternators Need To Be Identical As Possible.
