- The Nantucket Disc Golf Experience is like none other in the country. Upon arriving to the island you navigate a short distance and find yourself on a par 68, Championship course designed by the famous, John Houck.
Todd Rainwater and his crew of supporters help make this tournament very special each year. The Friday skins puts up $2000 for grabs and we have some of the best in the world competing for it.
Watch as Madison Walker and Paul McBeth square off against Paige Pierce and Drew Gibson along with Zoe Andyke and Steve Brinster and Sarah Hokom and Paul Ulibarri.
Dana Vicich is on the mic for the first half of the broadcast then we turn it over to "Big Jerm" Jeremy Koling for the rest of the play by play.

As far as video production goes this was the one of my favorites that you have put out. Dana did a good job calling the plays behind the mic. Not sure whose idea it was to have a guy with a megaphone talking during a video, but hey never the less you guys put out a great production.

This was fun! The ending with the guys talking amidst a flurry of discs flying all around them then the girls running in (Paige especially) and dancing around the basket... hahahaha it's great seeing them all having so much fun.
For all those who thought the commentary was harsh, come on now, they were all just screwing around. Lighten up! :-D

PS: Dana's catching a lot of flak here for his commentary, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Concise, informative, and intelligent.

I have been watching a lot of gibson lately, dude is going for it in 2017.
Actually - Drew just started a full time job as a car salesman and will likely not be touring or playing as many events across the country in 2017. I wish him the best of luck when he does show up but he won't be out as often.

Great color commentary, need to mix in some Nate Sexton (champ vs. chumps style) intermingled with Dana and I'm pretty sure I could listen to them rip on their friends for a couple hours without a prob. :D

Dana's commentary was unnecessarily mean. The video was great, but that commentary really ruined it for me. I turned the volume down until Big Jerm took over.

It's doubles skins. Great commentary showing the lighter side of disc golf at the top level. I mean, " foot fault has been called, 18 month suspension," "Ricky would have at least hit the basket," "Unfortunately timeout was called right before the throw," just good fun.
Agreed. Big Jerm did a much better job after the original commentator finally shut up. CCDG hands down is the best online when it comes to commentary in my opinion.

Paige and Drew together seems like an unfair stack compared to how the rest of the teams were set up, especially when they're playing worst lie. Drew and Paige both have bazookas for their respective fields. He should have been paired with Sarah and Paige should have been with Steve, IMHO. The other teams were pretty fairly distributed I thought.

Michael Figueroa - I believe Dana was going for a joke but seems as if most of them were lost in translation from this video. At least that's what many of the comments here indicate.
Terry as a long time subscriber and follower of everything you put out I feel the need to ask and suggest that you never leta Dana around any kind of Mic or even video. He's a Debbie downer and has zero spice to his commentary just very boring and not exciting at all. Please find better more live people to call shots.
