- Vision Quest Disc Golf Course should be on everyone's bucket list for "must play" disc golf courses. Located in Cedar, Minnesota it has quickly become a destination course and one of the highest rated courses in the world.
Paul McBeth, Ricky Wysocki, Nate Sexton, Alex Geisinger, Drew Gibson and Matt Dollar square off in a light hearted, fun filled exhibition skins match which has plenty of the line.

The relaxed play is priceless..even Ricky is loose...this may be the final nine showcase format that all involved would relish...skins and bruises show cased where it only matters if you can beat your friends and take home some gas/beer money?

I'll have to say, they definitely spent some $$$ to fund this event. It's unlikely I'll ever play at a pay-to-play course (there are about 20 free courses within 20 miles), but it's good to see a business invest in this kind of advertising.
most of the time pay to play corses are on private parks, or they are probably owned and kept up by a family, so they need the money for the gas and mowers for upkeep
You ought to try one once. You'd be surprised at how good they can be.
Hole 15? I get it pros can throw it with no pressure since they get discs back for free but I (and a whole lot of others) could never play that hole, huge risk to lose your discs.. Not really a friendly disc golf park. 14 also a bit dangerous
Well, you wouldn't be playing from that tee and you would probably want to lay up on the "big island". Not too bad if you play it smart. I suspect all the little trees on the hole island are to grab the disc better?

They've got a guy that pulls discs out of the water weekly and then they have a lost and found zone. I've always gotten my discs back. Great course. Mike is the man.
Man you can tell Nate is bummed out. Alex’s last drive on 18 you can hear Nate say in a meaningless way, “Nice shot” He really wanted that watch and cash. It’s not like a professional disc golfer makes a shit ton of money so in Nate’s case I’m sure every little bit he can make helps provide more for the fam.

Drew is so competitive and full of testosterone, you can tell that he wants to have a Nikko Locastro moment several times, but he manages to hold it back

lost probably 6 discs at this course. Never got a single one back. Had my name on all of them. They have divers here that go in for discs. So either the divers suck ass, or there's thieves there.

Played there about a month ago. Lost two discs there as well. I heard the divers are usually swimming for discs once or twice a year. They did find one of my discs with my name and number and sent me a text saying it's in their lost and found section. If you're local, probably be a good idea to go check it.
