The most impressive thing is how smoothly he transitioned into the role of number 9 where Benzema and higuain were not good enough till then causing the teams failure in important moments. It is believed that the injury made him worse at free kicks, but I can’t really prove or deny it. He had good free kicks upto the point of 2020-2021.
