Propably was beyond relived. I could imagine he went through this many times before due to him living for Thousands of years, propably lost a lot of women he loved and he was beyond devasted that he had to go through that again. Seeing Kate alive really showed he didn't want to lose her too, the same way he outlived all the people he loved. In many ways, he was a very lonely man because of it, but was motivated to protect others he would outlive, cause he began to learn how life was so precious due to most people having a shorter life span. The way the season touches on that really shows.

I really like how visibly devastated Immortal was by Kate's death. So many stories involving immortality or near-immortality (including how Viltrumites think in this show) conflate "I'll outlive you" with "your life doesn't matter to me" and that is SO not how it works!

One that can constantly supply more and more clones over and over again, constantly repositioning so people can't find her. Even then, have a back up back up. I always just assumed there was a clone range limit. When I saw the original Kate I legitimately was like"fcking THANK YOU!!" Lmao. She's actually pretty op. Just keep her original self hidden God knows where, super far away from all danger, and just keep sending clones.

When i saw the one where Duplikate was 'killed' it always bothered me why she wouldn't have simply kept either a 'copy' or the 'original' (whoever her power works) at home or somewhere self... Just to ensure that if she ever 'met her match' so-to-speak, she'd still be safe.
I was really hoping that invincible would be in the cabin. Lol. I thought we’d see more of them interact in season 2 but the slow burn there made sense they had to earn each others trust. Now I think they each could learn a LOT from each other
