Welcome back to our continuing coverage of Amazon’s Invincible, based off the Robert Kirkman series of the same name. In today’s video we will be covering the origins and entire history of The Immortal! But Before we begin, keep in mind that this video is not going to cover every single issue that The Immortal is in, but it will cover the vast majority of the most important elements of his story from start to finish.

The issue with the Immortal is he can deal high damage, but he can’t take high damage, and that is the main reason Omni Man beats him so easily.
Immortal is the pinnacle of the human race, but still falls short of extraterrestrial powerhouses.
I like how they're all essentially rip-offs yet feel so interesting and unique

Inmortal is a nice homage to wolverine. I always loved those types of characters: survivors who, despite not being the strongest of their story, they always find a way to survive and move forward, no matter how much pain and suffering they go through.

So many characters in this series capable of never aging, to bad only a few are capable of true immortality.
Imagine falling in love and losing them like every 100 years.. no one is a greater hero than this guy and no one has had a harder life
Damn, in the comics, it feels like that the Immortal's sole purpose is to get his body torn off like Genos and Picolo
One thing I never understood is how they never knew he could be brought back after he "died" the first time. Later on in the series he's put back together multiple times and I just don't believe they wouldn't know the extent of his immortality. Like mans was legit assassinated as "Abraham Lincoln" but survived.
I still think it's dumb that him and Omniman never reconciled or even met again after their last fight. It's something I really hope the show will do something with.
