I know, same here. It felt like summer time all the time for me whenever I watched Toon Disney. The shows were better imho. Would be nice to see it come back again.
I miss it when Nicktoons was an actual 24 hour block of different Nicktoons. I miss it when Cartoon Network/Adult Swim/Toonami was an empire tribute to animation. I miss it when Boomerang aired old WB shows. I miss it when Toon Disney was Toon Disney.
I know this is a 5 year old comment but I absolutely disagree with this. Disney XD's live action shows were incredibly weak compared to their animated ones. Toon Disney could have come back and expanded its library by adding the Disney XD animated shows, and replacing XD entirely. Though now, I honestly think it should come back as a live channel on Disney+
I remember seeing Mickey and Minnie's Birthday Bash. It was great to see a collection of Disney shorts to celebrate Mickey's birthday. What better way to celebrate Thanksgiving than to see a marathon of Timon and Pumbaa episodes in Pumbaa's Pig-Out Challenge. I've seen it 5 times. I remember watching Jingle Toons and the Month of Merriment in December. I especially loved watching Sonic's Christmas Blast. Thanks for posting this. Hope to see more rare Toon Disney stuff in the future.
It's still pretty insane that they aired the Hello Kitty anime, as well as incredibly obscure shows such as Wuzzles and Jungle Cubs. Pre-2002 Toon Disney doesn't get lots of love for some reason.
By the way, this particular Hello Kitty series only lasted for 13 episodes, due to the US only being able to import those numbers, so more exists of this series...just that they're not dubbed, I think.
Apparently, Disney actually acknowledges that Jungle Cubs existed. After it got taken off Toon Disney in Late December 2001/Early January 2002, they aired reruns of it 10 years later on Disney Junior from March 23, 2012 to September 3, 2013 and even have it available on iTunes, Amazon, CZcams, and Google Play to purchase. It's pretty surprising, considering that most people forgot that show existed. It's weird. Disney acknowledges Jungle Cubs more than The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh here in the US lately, despite the latter being much more popular
I remember having Toon Disney for a while (few months to a year? It was off and on, excluding those "free preview" weeks that cable provided would occasionally do) during/around the 99-00 year, and I didn't know anyone at school or my group of friends that also had that channel during the time. It probably didn't help that IIRC you had to pay extra to get it or pray that your cable/satellite provider would have the channel. In hindsight, I am happy that I was able to experience that era of Toon Disney, and it is a bummer that there isn't a lot of early Toon Disney videos on here.
Actually a lot of shows before the 2002 Era didn’t get lots of love. And yeah by the end of December 2001, Gummi Bears, Jungle Cubs, Gadget Boy, Raw Toonage and few others were taken off the schedule. Other shows like The Adventures of Sonic The Hedgehog, The New Archies, Super Dave, Care Bears and even Hello Kitty still aired in 2002 until Toon Disney rebranded to a new era in September 2002. Yeah a lot of people got Toon Disney around 2000 and 2001 because most cable providers did not carry Toon Disney when the channel first launched so it makes sense.

I Know that. I Just Want to See More Toon Disney Stuff from 1998 to 2002 Cause that When the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog Air until Toon Disney Rebrand in 03 and Cancelled that for Sonic X on the FoxBox and 4Kidz TV.

@@Azel98 Well, because Sonic X first premiered after the cancellation of Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, millions of Sonic the Hedgehog fans were super pissed off at Chris Thorndyke stealing the spotlight!😠
RetroCCN Can you upload some of your archived recordings on Archive.org. I really want to watch shows complete with commercials since it always feels like an experience
I can't believe tomorrow marks 20 years since this channel launched. Toon Disney was truly something else.
I miss the 90's and early 2000's Toon Disney. What a year it was to grow up as a kid playing nes snes ps1 and gb/gbc/gba/ps2
I know, same here. It felt like summer time all the time for me whenever I watched Toon Disney. The shows were better imho. Would be nice to see it come back again.
This lineup used to come on at 1 AM central time. Hello kitty, Super Dave, Jungle Cubs, Wuzzles, and What-A-Mess were some of my faves.

What about the full version of that Talespin promo in 4:43?
There's a petition on the website Change to give the Wuzzles a reboot/revival.

Disney Doesn't Own Sanrio What's up with THAT?😡😡😡😡😡
It had references where Kitty would be Disney princesses in certain episodes and Keroppi would be for example Aladdin.
Why the angry reaction? It was awesome that they aired it at the time.

Actually, that Toon Disney montage was airing from 1998 to September 2001, i'm afraid...

If it happens to be "Mondo Mungo", I'd love to trade you something in my collection for it!

Joseph Bradley, I don't think it's not going to work because people are out there trying to steal his copyright tapes by leaking them.

I think that's just the way it came out.
Do you have bumpers of Magical World of Toons?
