    《Dalgona咖啡雪糕 『蛋斷適合』》
    1人份量
    材料:
    即溶咖啡粉 - 1湯匙
    羅漢果糖 - 1 湯匙
    水 - 1 1/2湯匙
    = 將所有材料放入大碗內,以電動蛋拂拂至挺身成咖啡泡,留起1湯匙。
    材料(2):
    Mascarpone cheese - 1/3 杯
    無糖朱古力碎 - 適量
    = 將芝士放入碗內,加入咖啡泡拌勻,然後淋上之前留起的咖啡泡和灑上朱古力碎,完成。

    《Dalgona Coffee Icecream》
    1 serving
    Ingredients:
    Instant coffee powder - 1Tbsp
    Monkfruit sugar - 1Tbsp
    Water - 1 1/2 Tbsp
    = put everything into a bowl, use an electric whisk to mix well until the coffee become foamy and stay as soft peak. Save 1Tbsp for later use.
    Ingredients 2:
    Mascarpone cheese - 1/3 cup
    Unsweetened chocolate
    = put mascarpone cheese in a bowl, mix with the coffee foam, then pour the rest of the foam on top and sprinkle with some chopped chocolate. Ready to serve.
