My first Yin Yoga. I loved it. Almost 3 years of yoga, I am 75 and love it.
I loved this. I did it at the end of my bed and when I sat up my husband snickered and said "you look ready to go to sleep." And he's not wrong. Goodnight. The light in me honors the light on you. Namaste

I’ve just started doing yoga and this by far is my favorite nighttime routine. I suffer from anxiety and insomnia but when I do this routine I fall asleep easier and my mind is relaxed.
