    I started doing yoga about four years ago for due to a sciatic nerve injury I received. Almost magically, In conjunction with acupuncture, yoga has relieved just about all pain from the injury. To this day I practice some kind of yoga at least once a day. I have to say that your videos have been a big part of this recovery and growth process, especially this amazing video. Thank you so much for doing what you do, you're an inspiration and I'm glad to have access to such great content. Namaste!

    I really liked this. It's a good amount of time and doesn't get me energized like some bedtime routines do. My only suggestion would be a little time at the end so I can roll over and stop the video before the Fazzoli's ad comes in hot haha.I'll definitelt do this one again. Thanks.

    I've been washing the whole day. While im resting I feel so much pain at my back it hurts so much I even cry. Then I remember yoga I search back pain and it leads me again to you Sarah. Thank you so much I can move already not like an hour ago I almost cried because of pain now thanks I was relieved 😊

    I woke up this morning with a really cramped lower back, so sore that it hurt while standing to wash my hands! I did this routine modified to be on my bed, and my lower back has released so much and doesn't seem to hurt anymore. Thank you so much for sharing!!!

    I started Yoga classes a few weeks ago and am using these videos as daily routines between classes. These videos are absolutely great. I've had back pain for decades, often using a back massage device before I can go to sleep, and I've needed it much less recently. The videos are beautifully done. Sarah Beth anticipates the viewer's needs in a timely but unhurried way and provides just the right reminders (e.g. about relaxing), always at the right time. So, you can just glance up at the videos now and then as needed. Magical. Also Sarah Beth has a calming, undemanding, yet precise delivery that is quite rare and very welcome. Most narrators distract to some extent from what they are narrating, but Sarah Beth just adds. Thanks so much!

    Brilliant I had such a bad pain before I did this , it hurt so much when I first tried to lay flat on my mat,but the moves just helped so much,thankyou. I'm going to do this every night if I can . Keep up the great work 👍

    Today I’m dealing with horrible ovulation pain + really sore back from overdoing it in kickboxing the past two days. Still sore but this practice did soothe the pain some!

    Thought of leaving a comment for so long. Getting to it now. There has been not a time when this routine has not relieved my back pain. I developed disc dessication during my grad school days and while working on my thesis. While it was initially too painful to manage, I stumbled upon this video.     I started doing your yoga a couplenweeks ago fo my scoliosis, I have done those videos a few times. I don't have mild scoliosis, mine has gotten worse over the years and I do feel better after doing your videos but would love more for videos for scoliosis. I have checked out lots of videos for this but like yours the best, just need more. Thank you for sharing your talent!

    I have multiple autoimmune conditions. This one at night daily and the 10 min morning yoga are so good for my joints in my spine, neck, hips, and shoulders! 💜

    This was very relieving for my sciatica pain! I have been dealing with lower back/butt pain for a while now and just beginning my yoga journey a year ago I have recently discovered I can also use these practices to heal the pain! This video is one of the top videos that has benefited me!

    I'm only 29 and my back pain had all but consumed my life. It's hard to get through some of these sessions, especially if you've never stretched a day in your life, but the results speak for themselves. My back feels better every day.

    Thank you Sarah Beth for all your videos I have been doing most of your videos everyday for about six months now after doing yoga classes for 2 yrs. I have MS and I was doing so well getting so strong then I went from injections after 12 yrs to tablets and my health hit rock bottom after 3 months on them. I have been bed ridden with nausea and dizziness for about 3 weeks but while I was in bed I recalled your poses like wing pose etc. and these helped me ease my back pain and leg pain while I lay there. I am up now moving slowly but grateful I can get out of bed and this video is just what I needed to help my thigh muscles and back get strong again. I know you are taking things slow as well at the minute and I wish you a speedy recovery xx thank you so much, you are a great person and a great teacher xx

    These videos really do help it just takes a bit of time to really feel an ongoing difference with your back pain so if you are just starting keep going it takes a few practices to really start to feel your muscles loosen and the pain ease but it will come!!

    This was immensely helpful for me. It’s been a long time coming for me to return to the mat. Very stiff and suffering from increasing back pain and immobilisation. This was fantastic for me to gently return to yoga practice. My goal now is to practice everyday whilst I can. Thank you I’m so grateful for this video practice whilst in lockdown Sarah.     Yesterday I did my first set of deadlifts with weights and I did it completely wrong by using my back to lift instead of my legs and today the pain was excruciating. I iced it, I used inflammatory medicines, and even just trying to get active. Nothing helped. Came to this video and after just 20 minutes my pain went from a 10 to a 4.. thank you for sharing this video with us💗💗💗

    This was to active before bed for me still. Might do it again at the end of the day but not immediately before bedtime
