Love your food when it is grown in your back yard. As long as is in the Supermarket u go for it even if it says made in Jamaica it must go thru the process stage. Food is life grow what u eat eat what u grow. Our ancestors taught us that but we became to lazy n dependant pon the colonizers to feed us. We allow the TV to take control. Stop blame the Chinese n blame yourself for not following grandma lifestyle. The earth is the fullness there of.

Garlic is a form of antibiotics and is good, but it lower your blood pressure so too much of it is not good.
