Epidemius in general is just bad, festus would be better imo, decent spells, locus also.I encourage everyone to play what they want, but Epidemius is a bit of a trap given how his ability is worded.
Agreed, his points don't stack up with this contemporaries, Festus seems a lot more consistent pound for pound.
