Dude, you did what I dream of doing. I don't mean by making a great step by step product, but by making it open source for the whole world. Thank you so much for your dedication and hardworking to make this possible. You are truly a inspiration.
Astonishing! In design and in execution. Just flawless. I couldn't get how that escape-like mechanism works, though (the one that ensures incoming filament is rolled evenly along the spool). Could you give some explanation? Thanks.
@@fu-opent Thanks, the "rotate an move laterally" bit is the part I didn't get. How it works for the leadscrew to reverse direction once either limit has been reached? For sure it has something to do with with the "escape" mechanism (as seen in clocks), but was curious on how you made it and neither of the videos show it clearly (it would be too slow anyways, unless you'd had spent some time on it, rotating it by hand).
I always chat with you through an interpreter. The screw rod reverses mechanically. When it reaches the boundary, the spring pushes off the Y-shaped structure to rotate in the opposite direction。16:06
This project carried out by you was wonderful, my dream is to be able to execute one like it, with such clean execution, only that in my country it is difficult at this time... congratulations, greetings
That's a great way Build the Filament extruder. Great work. Keep Posting. I have checked the ARTME support and unfortunately i cannot import to my country due to higher Customs Duty, So would like to know the Bill of Materials and parts which you have used to make this. So that i can procure locally and get my Hands on this DIY. Would you care to create a blog/page with Materials, electronics, firmware, etc for fellow DIY enthusiast?
How long did it take to produce 1 kg abs filament? Also once configured can you leave it alone so it can produce the filament or you need to stay with it all the time? Also can it produce pp filament? Which dryer are you using for drying the filament? And would you recommend this?
1kg (4-5 hours),Also once configured so it can produce the filament,PP filament has not been tested. It should be OK.The dryer is modified from my DIY tableware disinfection cabinet.😃
Nice to meet you, I saw your video of the filament machine, you are a genius, I congratulate you. I wonder if you could make a machine of this style, but only the injection part without the filament part is to make small production plastic parts in an aluminum mold. If you can please tell me how much would it cost?
Bravo! Jsi výborný konstruktér a stroj vypadá úžasně! 🙂 A děkuji za sdílení tvého díla!
Восхитительная работа, всё спроектировал, и железо, и электронику и всё это довёл до конца, браво!

Astonishing! In design and in execution. Just flawless. I couldn't get how that escape-like mechanism works, though (the one that ensures incoming filament is rolled evenly along the spool). Could you give some explanation? Thanks.
You mean the looper? This is a mechanical operation mechanism. A motor at a fixed speed drives the upper screw to rotate and move laterally.

Design of parts is opensource?

you rock brother!!
Very good!
Отличный аппарат! Когда-то то же делал себе экструдер, но из-за наличия дешевого пластика в магазинах, забросил это.
where are you buying the pellets from?
you are magnificent, my brother.
Cool ☺️☺️, is OpenSource?
Excelente muy bueno
Hello. It is open source? Where can I download the plans?

Hello, can you sell finished product? What price would it be if so?
Super!
