Not everyone eats cakes like that. I only eat lemon cake, New York cheesecake, or red velvet cake but I don't go out of my way to get my hands on them. I have always been more into savoury than sweet so when I go to restaurants I have a starter and an entrée.

Seriously, I totally understand her. The only cake (and cookies) I ever liked was from my mom, because she uses MUCH less sugar than bakeries and shops. Same as my muffins, brownies and cheesecake.

I knew I would find at least 1 person who understood! Most store bought cakes are sickeningly sweet. Most of the time, I look for something savory after I eat a piece of cake, or I have to drink water to get rid of the taste. I can't leave that nasty sweet taste in my mouth. 😝
