There's always so much effort involved in balancing your mind. I wish you can get a test and supplement exactly what you need. The expectation to find energy to balance your brain is crazy.
You can easily increase S & D by using 5-HTP and tyrosine respectively. I use ~ 1000mg of tyrosine/day to increase dopamine & ~ 200mg of 5-HTP/day to increase serotonin. Works for me!
Ya don’t want to over so it though. Just take what ya body needs otherwise it can make too much which trust me is worse for you in the long run. Too much serotonin is bad for your health.
Wanna sleep? Eat lots of carbs at night (with minimum protein though, if any at all). Rice, pasta. Sleep like a baby and wake up with morning wood. Don't forget to come back to thank me later. I don't ask for money, just pray for me okay? Cheers

I have been diagnosed with a clinical depression for over a decade, and I never had any friends or relationship and I always feel tired and unhappy. My brain naturally lacks serotonin.
Read Jordan Peterson's book 12 rules for life or listen to it on audible. It's life changing if you apply it. I wish you the best🙂. Oh lots of exercise helps too.

Getting 20-40. Minutes of sunlight works also. I take 30 to 50 mg of melatonin or I get the sleep 3 by nature-mate sleep aid or a stress relief supplement. In the summer I try to this in the early part of the day or late morning when it’s not too hot.

My problem: psychiatrist put me on SSRI pills.if I stop taking it, in about 2 or 3 days, I get my dizziness back. Yes, dizziness is my only symptom. I had no anxiety or crazy no panic or depression or hateful perception.
i was on abilify (antipsychotic SSRI) a while ago and im off now. The dizziness is only a symptom of withdrawl, which happens with most drugs (even street drugs) maybe during this time you can work out more to raise your serotonin and help you get through the withdrawl
Tryptophan is in all of these foods. chicken eggs cheese fish peanuts pumpkin and sesame seeds milk turkey tofu and soy chocolate In order for tryptophan to be converted into niacin, however, your body needs to have enough iron, vitamin B-6, and vitamin B-2.
Please, suggest another way. I don't want to live in the past. I want to wake up in the morning with serotonin higher than my usual, and not have to wait to eat something for that. This video is great! I don't want to oversleep either.
I’m torn on naps. To get a full cycle of REM sleep it takes about 90 minutes, yet a couple times a week I’ll take a 30 minutes nap in the afternoon and I feel it refreshes me and doesn’t throw off my night time sleep. So maybe you don’t need a full rem cycle in a nap to get the restorative effect of naps

Take a glass of warm milk and a tablet of Vitamin High B plus Magnesium. You will sleep like a baby at least for 8 hours
