The Annihilator’s superpower is its ability to add a massive body to your tone without changing it -- like having a second guitar playing alongside your own.
It adds a fat bottom to your guitar sound, like a second, deeply down-tuned guitar playing alongside your own. It instantly turns a small tone into huge while keeping it natural, non-synthetic.
How does it work? The Annihilator splits your guitar signal into three paths with a volume potentiometer at the end of each path. At the end, they all meet again and can be boosted by the Pre-boost function.
Unlike most octavers that muddy power chords, the Annihilator’s octave-down sound gives you beautifully pronounced riffs, single notes, even power chords!

Not many have brought to the table like what Doyle has as far as a complete style of playing the guitar. I would think its far to say that he dominates his guitar and this type of control has only been seen in a few guitarist. Doyle, always ahead of the curve.
I learned to play guitar by copying him. One of the reasons I am so good at downpicking because I didn't know alternate picking existed until a few years later..lol

@@benbrown3854 dude, I just was checking a Chinese knockoff from eBay! Was the seller you bought from “mastersales4you,” because that is the seller from eBay I have been messaging with. The seller has 100% positive feedback. I wanted them to make me a custom Annihilator but with a string through body and tunomatic bridge. They said that they could. Does yours have the headstock angled back?

Someone else has to bring out the Annihilator again, this time made from graphite though, that would probably be the only guitar I won't buy used
