Thanks Matt that answered my question that made u pount me to this video. I think i will stick with standard volts to design but def more a.h.
Great videos!!! A bit off topic, but what is the seat you are using? looks nice and wide and comfortable? Thanks again. Tony K
Is there anything for getting more power for hillclimbing out of the 3.0 Lectric bike Anything in the works?
hi! can you use LifePO4 51.2 V 100Ah instead of that 52V Lion battery?
Matt I have the X-Peak Step Thriugh and I dont want to go to the 52 volt, but see that this battery comes in 48v 15 ah, have you tried this battery in any bikes?
Sorry for bro for all the questions but I’m think of getting a 52 v instead of 48 v 20 ah I saw your videos and works exactly how I wanted to🤷🏼♂️👌🏻 have you run into any problems?
?
No problems, but please know you will be running out of spec and subject to those consequences. We do like the capacity increase.
I bought the 40 amp dual battery balancer did I messed up
The 40A will work. You will also be able to use with another bike with higher current limit if you want.
Thanks brother
I got a 48v 10ah and 48v 20ah battery
I don’t have to buy anything else?
@@smile__god7919where did you mount the 20Ah?
Matt- Do you know what the controller temp would be after that same ride using only 48 volt batteries?
Likely the same. The voltage differential isn’t that great. Heat is generated by the current
@@ElectricAllWheel Thanks Matt. That context is important otherwise folks might incorrectly conclude that the secondary 52 volt battery is causing the controller to heat up more than a 48 volt battery.
Should I bought the 20 for my electric XP 2.0 for 48 v 20 ah
40A will work and you will also be able to use it with other bikes that have higher current limit
It sure is a bumpy trail, isn't it Matt?
It is, but we love it all the same 😎
Do you know of any spare batteries for the lectric x peak high step that would be a long-range battery basically longer than the battery that it comes with
Spare or second battery? We have couple of videos for the XPeak demonstrating the addition of a second battery. Please check them out. We are unsure of a source for a frame fit aftermarket battery.
@@ElectricAllWheel 👍👍 thank you
