Great job on the vid. My wife and I went the last two years and did many of the same excursions you did. We love the resorts but because our kids are grown, we prefer Arte.
Great video. We went last year for 7 nights and it was fantastic. If you can, book a room in Artistas building on the Arte side. You get to visit both sides of the hotel and have exclusive access to the rooftop and restaurant in that building. Was a great trip and the food and service were on point. Loved the parks, and only problem was tiring out. Need to schedule more free time at the resort as it is really a beautiful place.
Hi Tony, we stayed 8 days/7nights. We went in late June and it was hot. Think the best time is in early spring but it’s also the high season. It did not rain during our stay. From what we’ve experienced, there were sporadic periods of rain but never rained out for the whole day. You’ll get plenty of sunshine. Thanks for watching.
I'm spending 10 days at Xcaret Hotel Arte next month and loved this video! What was the boat ride at 4:36 and at which hotel? I've never seen that in anyones youtube video about xcaret!
Hi ddelgado, the boat ride was on the Hotel Xcaret Mexico side, near Chibali and the kids pool. It’s was a great way to get to Xcaret park. It runs on a regular schedule and rode it many times. Have a great trip!
Hi Jose, we tried almost every restaurant: Cuevas, Xin Gao, Las Playas, La Trajinera, Chibali, Cantina Los Faroles and Mercado de La Merced. Have a great time!

We booked through Costco Travel. Best deal we could find. They also included private transportation to and from the airport. The only restaurant we were required to make a reservation was Xin Gao at the time we went. Make sure you do both hibachi and table service reservations. For the park we were required to make reservations for Xenses and Xenotes. We went to Xcaret park, Xplor, Xenses and Xenotes.

Yes, we would like to try the Arte side, but really want to stay at La Casa de la playa!
