It’s a Chinese base model and Herald replace parts that are not up to there standard.The Bullit Hero is basically the same bike too.I think it’s great that Herald are coming out with the Brute 500 which is all British built apart from the engine.There are some beautiful 125cc retro bikes out there by Mutt,Herald,Bullit and Mash.

Charlie. I think you would be too tall for this bike. If I were you I would look at 125 off-road bikes and put some road tyres on. This would give you the height requirement.
For a first big bike, depending on what you like I would look at big adventure bikes or bigger cruisers.

The Varadero 125 was my choice. It’s an old bike but a good one. Maintains its price too. I have a review on that bike… 👍🏻👍🏻
