Amazing tool. Can't believe the accuracy. This use case really helps show off the capabilities.
I have almost 50 yrs exp. as a woodworker, 40 of that as a pro. I am absolutely blown away by that machine. You did a great job showing it off. As I got older, it was a lot harder for me to see layout lines and I did make some pricey mistakes. This tool would have prolonged my career for sure, but it is important for us old farts to eventually leave the shop and make room for the current crop of knuckleheads. (Knuckleheadism does fade lol)
I love my Shaper Origin. It definitely lets me do things that I would never try otherwise. I'd love to see how you put it to use. I'm always looking for new methods that will help me get better at woodworking.

Where did you get the green handled bolt for securing the router in the Shaper? That looks a lot quicker than always having to getting use the allen wrench.
Favor to ask..on your shaper you have that green handle to loosen your shaper router motor. Can you provide me the info on that? I want to do the same myself.
Do they make this for 230v countries?
All that effort to make a simple plug in a damaged door. Anyone with a decent set of chisels and a basic knowledge could have done that in less than the time it takes to set up that machine. The origin has some interesting applications, but this ain’t one of them. At best, the Shaper Origin is an over engineered solution in search of a problem.
