i think this is no longer working, there has been an update it seems and i cannot get admob to work on the newest version of game maker using this tutorial, please make an updated, updated video 😂 🙏🙏 please thank you navid, i almost have my first mobile game ready! thanks for all the help.
it pretty much broke my game and i cannot get it to build or run anymore.... i tried following ur advice to fix this but its not the same anymore. I deleted all admob stuff from project and the build is still failing ;'( project is no longer working....
Try to uninstall your app from testing device and also clean your project after deleing all admob things :)

first error: (2024) in current Admob by YoyoGames there is no (longer?) a Obj_AdMob_Consent" only "Obj_AdMob_Consent_Reset" ... ???

I do have a question Navid what java sdk version so you have installed because I no longer have build issue just admob issue where the ads are not even loading for my actual game. I have even tried using the test room to generate and simulate the ads but even that does not open any ads just tells me that the ads are not loaded. I am trying everything as I updated the android sdk to the latest version. Sighs so many headaches with the updates.
On output panel there is a lot of debug messages . Is it saying onloadfailed?

: The Google Mobile Ads SDK will not integrate with Firebase. Admob/Firebase integration requires the latest Firebase SDK jar, but Firebase SDK is either missing or out of date

edit : before anyone says anything , yes i added the object in the game :)))
and i dont have a Obj_AdMob_Consent i asume they changed its name in Obj_AdMob_AppOpenAd since that is the only one without button sprite
А вот у меня из тестирования реклама не выходит, то есть в AdMob все настроено, везде пишет "Всё готово, реклама включена, активна", добавил игру из магазина Google Play, но одинаково тестовая реклама показывается иначе... когда подключаю свою рекламу компилятор просит ввести тестовые устройства для показа рекламы. Хотелось бы увидеть от вас, как всё же размещать рабочую рекламу на GMS, это важно. Вообще, хотелось бы увидеть уроки "шаг за шагом" как на Google Play опубликовать рабочую игру, чтобы и рекламу показывала, чтобы и игроки были - очень интересно увидеть такой опыт в уроках. Спасибо.

can you show how to do this for IOS? my game runs/builds fine without the admob and now it either doesn't run or I get errors in xcode about the admob files being missing. I know you can add the folders back into xcode manually but when you press the PLAY button in game maker it deletes all the folders again. Thank you

I think I cover that in the video . By true or false you decide if it should be at bottom or at top of screen
I'm trying to make this work, but it always gives my android manifest problem, and when I add the id of my app that comes from the ad mob, it keeps giving error.
It would be interesting for you to make a video with a real banner and a real application.
Whenever I try to do it for real, I get errors that I don't understand.

test ads is working fine. real ads not working. ads fail to load
Yes I saw that . I'm last version in admob initialize function we give the app id to initialize admob but in this new version it does not get anything for input . Let me ask developer at yoyogames to see why is that
