Simone Biles is one of my all time favorite professional international gymnasts. 🤸🏾‍♀️ She is an absolute inspiration, as someone who also is a fellow adoptee and was abandoned by my parents mainly my mother. And raised in the foster care system which wasn’t an easy ride and still there are scars. I’ve made it here still I rise I’ve had people be angry with me for taking my own time for my own mental health and challenges. Dealing the way I’ve dealt or expressed and I’ve learned to remain unapologetic for how I grieve or deal with taking care of thyself. ✨🙏🏾✨ When I’ve fallen into a deep dark place and grief I’m getting ready to embark on a new journey of therapy and healing around my own childhood trauma and heavy losses I’ve sadly and unfortunately endured over the years... Shine on continuously dearest Simone. 💜🙏🏾🤸🏾‍♀️ You are continuously inspiring.💫

Simone you lost something valuable, that's true and to be mourned but remember you gained something far greater. Your health, peace of mind and extraordinary growth. Life is not all about medals. You are now an inspiration for how to come back from a very difficult situation. Our true character shines through when we face difficulties.

Simone I am happy to hear you speak your ttuth. Unfortunately there are some people out there who seem to thrive on hate and bigotry. Those same hateful individuals could never walk a mile in your shoes. I hope that your life forward will be fulfilled.

She gave up. Plain and simple. Only a woman can do this.

Well, she plans on competing in in this Summer’s Olympics so she obviously hasn’t and she hasn’t given up on herself either. Sometimes health and mental wellbeing need to take priority otherwise she can’t be the best she wants to be for herself as a whole outside of the sport.

Only in U.S. would someone so egotistical & selfish be a coddled covergirl & profit from taking spot from someone else #CarrieStrug #RealGoat.
