Hey coach justin, next year in 10th grade high school, I'm trying out for the team. I have two questions. 1. I've been wondering if I have to sign up for weightlifting for the next year if I make the team. Do you know it's mandatory to do so if in case I make the team? 2. Does practice usually occur during or after school? Thanks in advance, and love your videos by the way!
Hey Tony. I'm not sure what you mean by signing up for weightlifting, but I would highly recommend lifting to get bigger, faster, and stronger. Practice will occur after school, not during.
