Hello !
To use the force correctly, press and hold the trigger, then make the movement in the desired direction and lick at the end of the movement.
As if you were drawing the direction in which you want to use the force.
The possibility of 360° on all the axes ;)

how do you download it and then extract it to VR? I want to just use sidequest.

how do you play it on oculuc quest 2 without a pc

You can't as far as I know with out a pc and using either the air link or link cable. You may be able to use sidequest but im not versed in that to know for sure
