Sure 100%. Getting released from karma baggage *& bondage is called enlightenment. Once enlightened there will be no bondage of karma... So there will be no further births.
That's called Mukti, Moksha, Nirvana, liberation etc. Enlightenment is reffered to the experience that you have just before that. Those who don't leave & choose to engage with the society are the once we know about.
Once you wake up you know the true and the false. Once you are awake you dont identify with thinking and can use this body-mind without friction. That's all there is to it. No need to talk about leaving the body when the prerequisite to even use this body and life correctly is enlightenment ( waking up ). Just stop thinking so that you wake up from identifying with the thinker. Everything else will flow.
Sadhguru is false here. What about Eckhart Tolle. Mooji? Francis lucille. Osho, sri ravi Shankar. There are many enlightened beings walking the planet, even ordinary people living ordinary lives. If what sadh said was true, nobody would even have an incentive to take the path. Plain wrong
Self-realization and enlightenment are not the same. Self-realization is one of the major pre-requisites to attain ultimate enlightenment and liberation (moksha).
