The mirror view helps a lot, great idea. Keep it up.
Thanks man
Awesome series. I just dropped to 20 degree tilt from 30 so practicing the blip on the sim has helped a lot with relearning muscle memory. Thanks again. Can’t wait to see the next trick.
Thanks man. Rippp it
Excellent you make it look so easy.
Thanks
Thanks love it. Been working them a minute. They are way harder than I thought, but finally getting it. Thanks Vik!
Thanks man
your videos are always great! thumbs up dude!
Thanks man
That landing 😮WOW
Just what I needed! Thanks Vik! 👊👊👊🔥🔥🔥
Rippp it
Thank you for making this video !! Was waiting for this one :) I just need some warmer weather to practice now!
Thanks man
Really enjoy your trick tutorials, appreciate you sharing them. Love watching you fly. 👍💖🤓
Thanks bro
Vik on fire again!
Ripppp on
I love these videos man
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Dude! This is the video I've been waiting for.
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Thank you! I'mma practice this now.
Rip it up man
You are a very good pedagogue... instant subscribing.
Your tips are so helpfull thanks a lot Bro 🔥
Thanks man
Spot on! Kind of lost my nerve with powerloops during lockdown, so really helps to watch how is should be done!
Thanks man
Nice work as always!
Thanks man
You make it look so easy.
Thanks man
Great tips 👍
Was literally practicing getting tighter power loops yesterday, perfect timing 👍
Also, I have said this before, but thanks for keeping this series going. I just finished building my first quad from scratch this weekend, inspired by what you have been flying - Apex, T-Motor F40 PRO IV, Ethix S3. Haven't had a chance to fly it yet as the weather has been really bad, but really looking forward to digging into all the tuning and getting a feel for the new build.
Thanks man
At last someone who uses mode 3 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾😁 great content, thank you
Thanks again for the tip.
👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
great point, didn't even notice that it would be harder with a low tilt.
Woke up like "fuck Monday"
Then this dropped and life was good
Gonna practice this in the sim soon as I get home cuz it's way too cold out. Thanks for taking the time to make these tutorials, I learn from every one of them!
Haha thanks man. Rip it up
Bashed a few times trying this. Maybe my backyard is too small. Thanks for the tips. Great vid. God's speed.
Thanks man
I nose dived the ground with Tarsier lol
It's all about that throttle control. I've noticed a lot of people overshoot powerloops because they use too much throttle. Less throttle equals tighter powerloops. Nice video Vik🤙👊✌
Thanks man
Very good 👍
great tips on the power loops 👌🏽👍🏽
Ripppppp
excellent! thanks bro 👍👍👊🙏🍻❤️

Nicely done! I've got a lot of practicing to do...LOL

Look at that sunset.
mastering throttle control is the magic behind this hobby
Yessir
Completely agree 100%, up to that point you're really just flopping around in the wind. It's that eureka moment once it starts to click.
Something I have found helps me a TON with throttle control, set your throttle midpoint between .3 and .35 and set your expo to around .4
This will allow you to hover with less throttle and increase the resolution of the upper 65%-70% of the stick.
@@gerthyfpv7577 It's a good suggestion, but your throttle mid point will differ depending on your quad. For my quads, I look for the position of my hover point on my throttle stick, then I set my mid point just below that, followed by setting my expo. Some people like an aggressive setting, I keep mine pretty mild at 13 and my midpoints are only at around the 25 mark. I do agree though, adding a little sag to the throttle curve does help in managing it a bit.
@@michaelc5027 Yes I completely agree! For me it was a good starting point and like any other set of rates I adjust according to the size/weight and style. I tend to put a bit lower mid point with more expo into my freestyle and a higher midpoint with less expo on my 7". But everyone will have their own preference so it's always good to change it up and see what you like and don't like :D In addition to lowering the midpoint if you don't tend to use full throttle you can set a throttle cap and it will increase the resolution even more!
Happy Flying everyone!!
🤟🤟🤟always!
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Great video, brother! Love the tutorials, keep 'em coming! Stupid question; you mentioned that a power loop can be harder if you have lower camera tilt, for this particular example what would you consider 'low' tilt?
Thanks man. 20 tilt. Anything above 40 is easier you see it as you loop object
Nice! I needed this vid VIK! Can you do a tik tok type flying vid?
Great vid again @VIC FPV. Any tips on how to how to hold your controller? I seem to tense up when flying for real as opposed to relaxed on the sim. I was watching your hands in the video and you seem to just stroke the sticks. Is it just practice or a conscious thing?
That’s a good topic. I would say always wear a strap and just adjust it so it lays on your stomach that’s how you don’t tense up on the sticks
Hey, thanks for another great video.
Can you do an episode on inverted yaw spin? It seems to be one of the tricks I really struggle with, mainly finding it hard to remember to keep the throttle at 0 while moving the yaw left or right which often ends in a faster than expected approach of the ground. :D
Cheers!
I got you
I know I dont have the skill to judge and I dont want to be mean, but I think you should try to not always go 100% on the throttle when powerloping. I think they'll look better if you would just go half and do it even closer :)
Nice video though!
This all depends on your setup and throttle curve. You need the power to clear the object so if you have a weak setup or the throttle curve is low on power on the bottom of your throttle curve you won’t clear it. It all depends on setup weight skill and what you are use to
Yea throttle management is what is needed to powerloop properly but you won't get that until you get use to your gear.
I also think you can do it with less throttle to get lower to the object, but i am so far away from your skill level ... so what am i talking about. Great vid, great channel. Do more tuts and thanks for all your work 👌👍👍😊
@@VIKFPV I agree. I think tuning your quad to use full throttle on powerloops can really help with consistency. That way you're not accidentally using a different throttle value each time.
Exactly. Well said this is key to knowing your gear and flying consistently with throttle control.
Ive learned powerloops the hard way ... with an small tree 😁 (my vid "Proximity Powerloop Training"). And still have sometimes problems to get it look right. 😬 Thanks for your tut, always a great motivation!!! Now i have to find time again tomorrow 👍😊😁
Rippp it up man
🔥🔥🔥🔥
❤️❤️❤️
"it just makes it look a little bit more better" LOL
👍🏼
👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
I cut throttle as soon as I see the horizon reappear bc if I can see the horizon I know I'm about to be upside down
👊👊😎🍻🍻🍻

Been training some power loops on a soccer goal post. hit a few of them xD. Can you elaborate us the trick on 04:25 (double roll and turn back) it would be great to end a trick or start one with that
Yessir that’s it. More trick tutorials to come
😍😍😍😍😍🔥
😀😀😀
Throw on some 2 blade props. More "drifting" helps to get around the Object without hitting it ;-)
So you can pich earlier and see more of the Object.
More camera angle helps as well.
But be aware of smashing it when you fly wiht your standard settings again ;-)
I crashed a steel beam. 2 Motors, the Cam, the FC and the Frame.
Hahaha
Mode 3 freaks me out hahaha
Lol
Great video it’s practice practice but now it’s freezing time 😭
Thanks man
What is the difference between power loop from a loop? Is it about the throttle, the size of the object you are looping? 🤔
Don’t understand
@@VIKFPV everything is a power loop nowadays... there is no regular loops anymore.
Hey vik what antenna is that for your crossfire ?
Ort
@@VIKFPV thanks
"MIRROED" 😅 anyways cool stuff as usual
Spell check didn’t work
Lol
That's how I earn to do a LP on a football goal pole. Do between tree is harder.
Rippp
What angle you used there?
20
@@VIKFPV Wow really? I tough you had it much higher like 30-35, great flying as always.
Thanks man
2nd
🤘🏽🤘🏽🤘🏽
As long that you know!... You suppose to show or tell what you do with the throttles???
Mmmm isn’t that what the stick cam is for 😂😂
@@VIKFPV I know, but it's not enough? Need to stop and look for it again... Just tell what you do?
you have propwash :-) your kwad can be better tuning
Windy
@@VIKFPV ho ok, but you have it on all your videos 😁😁
Lol You must love trolling
Exactly😂😂😉😉
I didn’t realize kiss had a propwash switch. I thought it was turned off by default. As I understand it, betaflight it comes standard.
First! 💧

60fps? 🙄🙄🙄🙄
30 💪
@@VIKFPV 30 gives you a better bitrate after uploading eh? I've been trying to get it to not be pixelated
